Adam Smith is a Co-Founder of A-Game Consultancy, and an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Processing) Mindset Coach. In his younger life, Adam struggled at school, and was diagnosed with dyspraxia. Initially, he worked in his father’s plumbing and heating business and transitioned into hospitality, which he enjoyed and where he worked his way up to management roles.
Having achieved success in hospitality, Adam hit a period of immense challenge, in which he lost three family members, his partner left him and he lost his job due to poor mental health. Adam had enrolled in a self-development class, and one focused on how to start a business, and qualified as a life coach.
